Processing Time All Arizona Desert Art paint kits, aroma stones, and art prints are handmade to order and art prints are print-on-demand. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment before it ships. Please note that this processing time is an estimate and in addition to the shipping time. 

Shipping Timeframes Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Local Pickup Local pickup is available at no charge. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please do not come to pick up your order until you receive that notification.

Alaska & Hawaii We ship to Alaska and Hawaii! Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may differ from the contiguous US. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Arizona Desert Arts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.
