What’s your return policy?
At arizonadesertarts, we strive to provide you with the best possible products, but due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand items, we generally don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at arizonadesertarts@gmail.com and we will make it right!
Refunds: Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at arizonadesertarts@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items along with the order number and we’ll sort that out for you with either a replacement or refund.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
- No refunds will be given for buyers remorse, size, or style changes.
- No refunds will be given for sale items or gift cards.
- You must request a return by contacting arizonadesertarts@gmail.com ; items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- No refunds or replacements will be issued after 7 days of receiving an item.
Damages and Issues: What if my item was damaged, defective, or I received the wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: Can I exchange an item for a different item/style/size/color?
No. At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Starting a return: To start a return for damaged or wrong items follow the following steps.
- Contact us at arizonadesertarts@gmail.com
- Send a photograph of damaged, defective, or wrong items when contacting us.
*If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. *Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Notification of Refund/Replacement:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved or not. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If a replacement is approved, please allow the standard shipping time (see shipping policies). Please remember, for refunds it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at arizonadesertarts@gmail.com .
